Sugisaki Hana: 35 years old, Kagawa Prefecture, radio name “Coffee and Bread”.

Listener email: Good morning, Ohana.

Sugisaki Hana: Good morning.

Listener email: This is my first post. I’m excited.

Sugisaki Hana: Thank you.

Listener email: Ohana’s gentle and calm voice is really perfect for the morning.

It’s very calming, so sometimes I listen to it on Radiko while taking a bath.

Sugisaki Hana: Thank you.

Listener email: My plan for Sunday is to finally plow the garden and plant carrots, since I bought some carrot seeds.
When you pick a carrot, aren’t the leaves and the red parts with a little bit of dirt on them so cute?

Sugisaki Hana: Wow… That’s nice.
I want to grow vegetables too. I’d like to grow onions, spices… herbs and things like that.
But my wake-up time and work time are irregular… so I’m not sure if I can grow them properly and haven’t started yet…

But you’re right. I guess vegetables you grow yourself look especially cute.
You’d probably feel really attached to them.

…Also, the other day I bought some nameko mushrooms and was cutting them up to make nameko miso soup, and although they’re usually round and about 2cm in diameter, these little nameko mushrooms came out that were about 2mm in diameter (lol).
They were so cute. I couldn’t help but take a picture. Here you go (lol).

Coffee and Bread, do your best to grow delicious carrots.
Thank you for your message.
