Hana Sugisaki's Flower TOKYO

Hana Sugisaki: I think the eighth week of Ochou-yan has aired, but what do you think? Well, my dad showed up, we had to say goodbye to Kogure-san, and we had to say goodbye to everyone at the cafe, so it was a very hectic episode.

Sugisaki Hana: I thought the scene where Chiyo turns down Kogure's proposal was really sad, but Kogure's kind feelings just made my heart warm, and on the day we finished filming, I couldn't sleep after I got home. It turned out to be a really great scene.

Sugisaki Hana: I also really liked the scene in the 8th week when (Amami) Ippei came and said, "Only you can understand your pain." Ippei always came when Chiyo was in trouble, and it was a really strange relationship. I'm looking forward to seeing Ippei again in the future.

Hana Sugisaki: Well, today, I heard that Motohiro Hata, who sings the theme song for Ochou-yan, "Tearful and Laughing Episode," sent me a message in which he talked about the feelings he put into the song, so I was a little surprised.

Sugisaki Hana: That's right. The Kyoto arc has started. What do you think? I really liked the 5th week. The tempo was really good, and there were more funny scenes than ever before. Chiyo had a lot of hardships, and she had to say goodbye to Teruo and the others at Okayasu, and all sorts of things.
