On the 2020/10/11 (Sun) broadcast of the TOKYO FM radio program “Sugisaki Hana’s Flower TOKYO” (every Sunday from 8:00 to 8:30).
Sugisaki Hana: Well, I’d like to send you another message.
19 years old, from Tokushima Prefecture, radio name Obaachan’s family is a potato farmer (lol)
After “Imo Kurinankin”, I received a message from a potato farmer (lol).
Listener email: Good morning Ohana-chan.
I really liked the song “Kore ni Iinda” by KALMA, which you selected in the previous broadcast, and when I left the house singing it with a smile in the morning, I forgot that there was construction in front of my house, and I made eye contact with several construction workers, which was very embarrassing.
And since I’m tone-deaf to the point that everyone in my family agrees, I’m sure the construction workers were surprised.
Hana-chan, do you have any embarrassing stories recently?
Sugisaki Hana: That’s a really cute story. That’s true (laughs).
Whenever I do something thinking that there’s no one around, there’s always someone there (laughs). It’s embarrassing, isn’t it?
But I understand. It’s a song that makes you want to hum along. KALMA’s “This is fine.”
An embarrassing episode…
I wonder what it is. I feel embarrassed all the time (laughs).
I wonder what was embarrassing about it…
On the set of the current morning drama (NHK morning drama “Ochoyan”), the director often doesn’t call cut even though all the lines for the scene have already been said, and everyone often continues to ad lib.
I try my best to ad lib, but I speak in Kansai dialect, so the words I say spontaneously are wrong, and when a co-star from Kansai said “I won’t say that” after the cut, I felt really embarrassed (laughs).
I thought to myself that I still have a long way to go.
It was embarrassing.
