I’m sending you a message for the first time because I want you to help me with something.
I want you to do something about my reversed day and night lifestyle.
Whenever I watch IZONE videos before going to bed, I get so engrossed in IZONE that I can’t fall asleep, and I naturally stay up late. But I have to get up early because I have university.
So I’d like you to tell me what you do when you can’t sleep at night.
Honda Hitomi: That’s true….
I also have a habit of watching videos before going to bed….
You mean “when I can’t sleep at night”, right? In See-Saw Game’s case, it’s not that you “can’t sleep”, but rather that you “can’t sleep because you watch”.
…In that case, how about I get up early in the morning and watch IZ*ONE videos?
As for “what to do when you want to sleep but can’t”…for me, that’s it.
I listen to a music box, or try not to “concentrate on anything” before going to sleep…. I also often smell an aroma candle and relax before going to sleep, but if you say you “can’t sleep because you’re concentrating on videos”, I recommend “getting up early in the morning and watching them”.
