No, really, it’s been a while since we last went to an awards ceremony, I think “MGMA” was the last time… It was around the same time last year. There is an awards ceremony where we did the highlights, but it’s been about a year since the last awards ceremony.
Oh man. I was really nervous. Award ceremonies are exciting and different from normal music shows, so it’s a lot of fun… A lot of other artists also appear.
We won the Global Hot Trend Award and the Main Award… I’m really grateful. I never thought we’d get two…
The TMI at the award ceremony was that I dyed my hair. Purple… a light purple.
It was the first time I showed it in “SORIBADA”, so I was really nervous about it.
Since “FIESTA”, I haven’t really tried any other hair colors. It was black, a little brown, and then it went back to black for “Fantasy Fairy Tale”… so I’ve had pretty safe hair colors. So when I had an unusual hair color for the first time in a while, when I was without makeup… I couldn’t look in the mirror.
I was like, “Is this okay? This hair color and this face?” (laughs).
It’s a big burden when you have flashy hair color. But when my fans first saw my hair color in “SORIBADA”, they said “It really suits you” and were happy, so I gained a bit of confidence.
I was grateful that my fans gave me lots of compliments (laughs). Thank you.
