On the 2021/1/10 (Sun) broadcast of the TOKYO FM radio program “Sugisaki Hana’s Flower TOKYO” (every Sunday from 8:00 to 8:30).
Sugisaki Hana: Here’s another one. This time, we’ve received a delicious story.
22 years old, from Tokyo, radio name Miso Soup is Komatsuna.
That’s great! Komatsuna is delicious, isn’t it? It’s crunchy.
It’s cool, and moreover. Komatsuna.
I’m greedy and put a lot of different ingredients in my miso soup, but I think the stoic style of choosing only one as an ingredient is cool (laughs)
Listener email: Ohana-chan, good morning.
I’d like to introduce you to a simple and delicious dish that I discovered when I started living alone.
It’s tamagoyaki udon.
I saw a whole tamagoyaki on top at a certain udon restaurant, so I tried to make it by imitating it, and it’s easy and delicious, so I hope you’ll try it.
When I have the time, I’d like to add mentaiko as well.
Do you have any easy dishes that you would recommend?
If so, please tell me.
Sugisaki Hana: Eh?! This is the first time I’ve heard of tamagoyaki udon.
I wonder what it’s like…? Does it consist of tamagoyaki, udon, and soup?
Eh, is that tamagoyaki sweet? Or is it salty? (laughs)
But it’s kind of, you know? Um, I guess it’s kind of like the Datemaki in Ozoni.
The slightly sweet broth and the sweet Datemaki are delicious together, I love that.
I guess that’s why it’s like that, but I’m curious.
My…what…is…easy…easy dishes….
As for easy dishes, I don’t think I can really recommend any.
Well, I’ve been shooting lately and I always make my own breakfast, but I want to sleep a lot, so I try to get up as close as possible to the last minute. I wake up 30 minutes before I leave in the morning, and I use about 10 to 15 minutes of that to quickly make breakfast.
Well, I cook about 5 cups of rice on my days off, freeze it all at once, and then microwave it like this.
My recent fad is buying a lot of pork, dividing it into portions, and freezing it, and then I put it in the fridge the day before to defrost it, stir-fry it with vegetables and a sweet and spicy sauce, and have a hearty breakfast, and then eat rice and go to shoot, that’s my daily routine.
I really can’t work if I don’t eat a good breakfast… (laughs)
I lose energy, so I eat a good meal.
But I cut up vegetables and other things on my days off and freeze them.
So I freeze everything.
I guess that’s the easiest and most powerful meal (laughs)
I’m sorry, but…
