It’s a bit of a funny story… This time, they did an online showcase in Japan, right? An “online showcase”. So the management sent me a passport so that “your family can watch it”. I sent it to my parents, and they watched it too. The Korean members also sent it to their parents to watch, but…
Yena’s mom and dad are not very good with machines, so it was quite… difficult. So… (laughs).
I was there the whole time, telling her, “You use an app called ‘SHOWROOM’, and you sign up like this… and you just have to enter this information,” and Yena desperately tried to teach her mom and dad, and she continued to teach them right up until the performance. Then she said, “Okay, I’ll try.”…
And then, during the performance. While we were waiting, I was talking to Yena, saying, “I wonder if your mom and dad are watching,” and we both said, “It feels like… they’re not watching.” So, after the concert was over, I contacted… Yena’s mom and dad. They weren’t watching (laughs).
So I asked them why it didn’t work, and they said, “I tried everything.” Apparently they tried everything but it didn’t work (laughs).
I don’t know what it means that they tried everything but failed, but… anyway, it seems they couldn’t watch it. It was a bit disappointing, but somehow that exchange was really funny.
Yena was desperately trying to teach them, “No, so enter this… and you can do it like this”, desperately trying to teach them. And the fact that they couldn’t watch it in the end… it was so wonderful, like Yena’s family, and I thought it was so cute.
I recently thought that episode was interesting.
