RADIO BERRY FM Tochigi Radio program “IZ*ONE Honda Hitomi’s World Get You” (10 minutes from 16:25 every Monday / B・E・A・T) broadcast on Monday, December 21, 2020.
Honda Hitomi: Next is Syndrome Man, who lives in Ishikawa Prefecture.
Listener email: Hii-chan, hello.
It’s December and it’s getting cold, so please be careful not to catch a cold.
When it gets cold, my favorite yudofu tastes better.
Do people eat yudofu in Korea? Also, do they use ponzu sauce? I’d like to know.
I love ponzu sauce, so I order a slightly expensive ponzu sauce from Ehime Prefecture.
Do you like ponzu sauce, Hii-chan?
Honda Hitomi: So.
Ah, I want to eat tofu.
I don’t think they have yudofu in Korea.
They have things like Soondubu and Jjigae, but I haven’t come across that mild-tasting yudofu in Korea yet.
I’m not sure if it exists though.
Yeah, I really like ponzu sauce too.
But when I make yudofu at home, my mom always squeezes yuzu and makes it from scratch.
It’s super sour and delicious.
It’s about 10 times more sour than store-bought ponzu, but I really like sour things.
Well, I don’t order expensive ponzu sauce or anything, but I always eat it with my mom’s homemade ponzu.
But I also like ponzu, but I also use sesame dressing or something.
It’s delicious. Please give it a try.
