There’s no particular reason, but it’s been a preference since high school.
Honda Hitomi: Oh. Me too. I use the stairs too.
I really don’t have much stamina, so I want to build up some muscle, so I choose the stairs.
The other day I went up the stairs from the first floor to the tenth floor (laughs).
I was really tired, but I thought, “Ah, I exercised. It feels good!” (laughs)
