Changes in the “body” due to squats and being busy during the comeback

Miyawaki Sakura: Recently, people have been asking me, “How did the squats work?”

Well, it’s true that I haven’t been doing squats lately… I’m too tired (laughs).

What’s surprising is that I started doing squats during the preparation period, so I gained muscle because I did squats during that period, but I didn’t do squats during the comeback.

I didn’t exercise… I get tired when I exercise and can’t dance.

…But because I was dancing during the comeback, I actually had “abdominal muscles”.

Without even realizing it. I was surprised. Maybe it’s because I started doing squats and my body is now more easily able to build muscle, but…I was surprised when I suddenly got abs.

I think a few of my fans noticed too…and they were surprised.
Me…I hate exercise and never do muscle training…I was surprised.
I was really surprised when I got abs.

But honestly, I’ve started to pay more attention to my “core” when I’m dancing.
The “core” of the body. What do you say…it’s in English. See, you say it.
You see, that…that. That’s it.
That…that’s it. I started to be conscious of it.

…Core? “Core”! “Core.”
Yes, I started to be conscious of my “core.” It wasn’t English…(laughs).

…I started to dance while being conscious of my core. I hadn’t been conscious of it before.
I didn’t even know what it meant to “be conscious.” During dance breaks or when I have to move slowly, I really push my core. If you put “power” into your stomach and dance, it looks like you have a “axis”… so when I started to be conscious of that, I got abs.

It’s amazing that I was able to realize that, and because I was able to be fully conscious of it, I was able to get abs… it’s amazing that this effect is happening.

Changes in the “brain” due to increased opportunities to speak Korean

There are so many similar words between Korean and Japanese, so they come out so quickly.
“Effect” is “hyogwa”. And “word” is “tano”.
…Aren’t they similar?

Ah… That’s why even when I speak “Sakunoki”, it’s so difficult.
Now I’m in Korea all the time.
And because I often have to speak in Korean, my brain is in Korean.
So it’s really hard to switch…

I think I’ve been getting really bad at speaking “Sakunoki” lately… so please keep an eye on me.
Please be a little lenient…
